The Tukialuk Bay Property, totaling 456 claims (114 square kilometers) in one block, is located along the Labrador coast in the Tukialuk Bay area. It is southeast of the Mount Benedict property and approximately 60 kilometers to the south of Makkovik. The claims were acquired by staking following the T-649 discovery on the Mount Benedict property, in similar geology to the northwest. They are 100% owned by Silver Spruce and are located in Labrador Inuit Lands (LIL), which are administered by the Nunatsiavut Government. They are contiguous to the east and west with claims held by Mega Uranium.
